Privacy Policy
1. Controller
L&R Holding GmbH, Poppelsdorfer Allee 114, 53115 Bonn, Germany. Email: contact@lr-ventures.de (see also theImpressum). We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as we are not legally required to.
2. Hosting & server logs
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). When you access the site, Cloudflare automatically processes connection data — including your IP address, browser type, and the time of request — to deliver the site and protect it against attacks. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, reliable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless tool. It measures aggregate traffic without cookies, without fingerprinting, and without building profiles or tracking you across sites. No personal data is used for advertising. Because no non-essential cookies are set, no consent banner is required. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Contacting us
This website has no contact form. If you email us — for example via the address linked on the Contact page — we process the personal data in your message (such as your name, email address and its content) solely to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; Art. 6(1)(b) where it concerns pre-contractual steps). We keep this correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and to meet statutory retention duties, then delete it. Note that email is transmitted via our mail provider (STRATO AG), independently of this website.
5. Fonts & cookies
Fonts are self-hosted — no Google Fonts or other third-party font loading. This website sets no cookies beyond what is strictly necessary, and no tracking or advertising cookies.
6. Recipients & international transfers
Data processors acting on our behalf: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and analytics). We have concluded a data-processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) with them. As Cloudflare is a US provider, transfers are safeguarded by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 44 ff. GDPR).
7. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with future effect (Art. 7(3)). To exercise these rights, contact us via the details above.
8. Right to lodge a complaint
You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — for us, the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen (LDI NRW).
9. Automated decision-making
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. Providing your data is voluntary; without the contact-form data we cannot respond to your enquiry.
